From what I understand about 70% of baguio's population are migrants from the visayas and mindanao areas. Listen to the chattering of the hordes of people walking along session road, or the sales ladies in the tiangge.... ilocano isn't spoken....it's visayan!
Pag sa Session tayo na nga ang mga strangers. Iba na ang mga tambay dun. I wonder how much they are paying to be able to sell pirated goods without being persecuted.
